Chris ran Cross Country and Track in High school and college (UNF) specializing in the 800m, 1600m and 3 mile run. His best accomplishments were 1:52, 4:40 and 16:33 respectively. Chris spent several years coaching high school Cross Country runners to develop good form and positive running habits. He is an avid Cross fitter and an infectiously positive person determined to push you to your goals.
